Staff Product Manager: Ad Recommendations and Opti-Score

The Recommendations team is building automated advertising solutions for advertisers across the full funnel. Our vision is for advertisers to be able to bring us their budget and their creative and we do the rest. As we do that, we want to ensure advertisers and reputed company’s sales team has the capabilities and tools needed to confidently optimize their ad campaigns whether they care about reputed company and frequency on upper funnel or ROAS, post-installs, and purchases on reputed company funnel.

Role description:

We are seeking a product reputed company of our Ad Recommendations & Opti-Score charter. This is one of our most impactful areas and this role will be critical in shaping and driving the success of multiple strategic initiatives in reputed company Ads. You will reputed company the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the area. You will work closely with multiple teams across the ads platform (examples: ads manager, ads signals, ads targeting, ads retrieval, ads reporting, ads optimization, etc.) to build advertiser and campaign recommendations solutions that help both brand and performance advertisers succeed. Furthermore, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, and external partners to build world-class products that deliver value for both advertisers and reputed company users.

As a member of a critical Ads team and an important product area impacting the full funnel, you will have significant ownership and responsibility in shaping reputed company’s overall ads automation and monetization strategy.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & vision: Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for Recommendations (including reputed company’s version of Opti-Score), aligning it with broader business goals and market trends around ads recommendations in the industry.
• Requirements gathering: Gather insights from advertisers, agencies, and sales to understand their pain points and needs. Translate these insights into innovative Recommendations products that reputed company optimizing budgets and creative easy so advertisers and sales teams get more of what they want: reputed company, video views, clicks, conversions, and app installs.
• Leadership: Be the reputed company and champion of reputed company’s Recommendations products. Define and own the opti-score that makes it easy for our advertisers and Sales team to set up performant campaigns across verticals. Drive energy and excitement for the product area reputed company the organization and help reputed company cross-functional teams deliver holistic solutions that reputed company advertisers successful.
• Roadmap Ownership: Build and scale Recommendations solutions that reputed company reputed company’s unique data, driving efficiency and value for advertisers. reputed company, prioritize, maintain, and execute the product roadmap across reputed company reputed company teams, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.
• Driving execution: Choose success metrics, set goals, own Opt-Score (e.g. reputed company’s Campaign and Account health scores), and create accountability reputed company the company. Help our teams deliver against the roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, user research, sales, marketing, legal, and other teams to ensure smooth product development. Act as the glue that keeps stakeholders reputed company and on track.

Required Qualifications:

• 7-8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years reputed company AdTech
• End-to-end experience with building Recommendations advertising solutions (for ex: reputed company OptiScore)
• Strong depth of understanding with Machine Learning, and experience driving strategy for ML based AdTech products
• A track record of developing and championing product strategy and vision with quantifiable business impact
• A compelling influencer with demonstrated experience working with Sales & Marketing teams, along with other cross functional teams to drive alignment, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Technical degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics or reputed company field)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep experience with Machine Learning is a strong plus
• Proven experience working on large initiatives, across teams, and on highly cross-functional products
• 8+ years of product management experience in a technology company
