About the Job:

As a Customer Care Agent (German Speaker), you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Your role will involve responding to enquiries reputed company email and live chat, assisting with payments and orders, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is vital to maintaining the company's commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred service while continuously improving customer care processes.

What You'll Do:
