Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Executive is introducing new hospitals and health systems to reputed company, moving these new and existing client opportunities through the sales pipeline, and generating high-quality client reputed company. This role is for the reputed company region, and is open to candidates residing in or near Texas, California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, or Nebraska.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated consistent top sales performance, preferably for rapidly growing HIT SaaS companies. The candidate must show competence in managing a reputed company consultative sales process reputed company in-person and virtual selling, with the requisite ability to listen, communicate and persuade effectively with healthcare executives.

What You’ll Do

  • Introduce new hospitals and health systems to reputed company's reputed company solution.reputed company key decision-makers such as CFOs, SVP/VP reputed company Cycle, CQOs, and CDI/Coding leadership.
  • reputed company account plans for targeted prospects, which includes identifying key stakeholders, understanding their organizational structure, and aligning reputed company's solutions with their strategic priorities.
  • Cultivate senior peer relationships reputed company prospective client organizations. Build strong relationships with executives in Clinical Documentation/Coding, reputed company Cycle, Finance teams is crucial.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated sales success with growing HIT companies, preferably with SaaS software offerings to hospital and health systems, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Understands the healthcare market, including in-depth knowledge of the acute care setting, with an emphasis on CDI/Coding, reputed company Cycle and Finance.
  • Independent self-starter. Demonstrated success in hunting/developing new prospects. Has successfully sold new innovative technology to hospital and health system leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport while quickly and confidently gaining respect of others. This includes strong selling skills (in person and virtual) in one-on-one and group settings, and superior listening and probing skills.
  • Comfortable with the tools needed for successful remote sales (reputed company suite, MS Office suite, reputed company, and various Video platforms).
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills and a strong business acumen required.

Compensation

  • $140k to $150k reputed company + commission and equity
