The Senior Acquisition Integration Professional performs procurement reputed company project management duties for the integration of an acquired entity into the company and reports into the Procurement Strategy Advancement reputed company under the Procurement Center for Enablement team. The Senior Acquisition Integration Professional work assignments involve moderately reputed company to reputed company issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Acquisition Integration Professional implements activities and projects associated with the assimilation of practices and systems where the primary competence is in project management, procurement and reputed company and acquisition integration reputed company disciplines. Will partner often with stakeholders across the organization after the reputed company/acquisition decision has been reached with focus on completing applicable responsbilities to ensure a smooth transition. Influencing department strategy, making decisions on moderately reputed company to reputed company issues regarding technical approach for project components, and being solution oriented is key in this space. Responsibilities

  • Leads the execution of Procurement reputed company and Acquisition (“M/A”) projects from design, plan, technical development, deployment, change management and adoption, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Creates and operates necessary project management structures for enterprise initiatives requiring procurement participation, collaborating with Finance, Corporate Development
  • Makes recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures on the organization's profitability.
  • Informs, influences, and advises stakeholders and leadership regarding M/A procurement project tasks and insights
  • Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by potential acquisition targets.
  • Makes decisions on moderately reputed company to reputed company issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
  • Exercises considerable reputed company in determining objectives and approaches to reputed company types of M/A deals, such as Small, reputed company, and Large
  • Collaborates with accounts payable, category managers, leadership and IMO to reputed company specific process improvement needs for new insights, such as supplier rationalization, Analytics, and reputed company apps
  • Represents and brings expertise on behalf of the Procurement department to reputed company stakeholders and leaders with minimal direction
  • Advises procurement leadership on opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience and provides insights based on independent analysis
  • Operates with independent judgment with respective to paths reputed company and reputed company issues with minimal direction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of procurement & project management experience
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Experience in leading or knowledge in large corporate reputed company and acquisition project management and associated processes
  • Strong reputed company reputed company skills including pivots and v-lookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company project plans, creating and maintaining project plans and summarizing data into reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Compliance and Regulatory experience

Remote US but must be able to work in the EST/CST time zone

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to reputed company's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$94,900 - $130,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
