The role sits in our clinical team to provide excellent medical care to our patients virtually. The role holder ideally will be an individual comfortable with providing adequate and delightful care to patients of reputed company ages, and at reputed company levels of health literacy and has an interest in driving ongoing innovations in improving primary care delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, patient-centered primary care services virtually reputed company call, chat-based interactions.
• Independently recognize symptoms and signs of various illnesses and injuries and synthesize them to the appropriate diagnoses.
• Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices and nonpharmacologic treatments

Requirements

• Minimum: MBBS, MBChB, or its equivalent.
• Fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria with a valid Licence
• 1-3 years post-graduation from medical school, preferably a Medical Officer
• Have access to a mobile device (Android or IOS) and stable internet.
• Adept in the use of common mobile applications
• Demonstrated evidence of independently attending to common primary healthcare conditions
• Ability to fluently communicate in English.
• Can commit to being online and is readily available to pick up consultations as they are requested on the platform.
• Effective communicator, problem-solver, and logical thinker
• Exhibits courteousness, reputed company, enthusiasm, and team spirit.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality
