As the manager for the reputed company experience team you will directly impact the way customers experience reputed company’s products across reputed company business units. Your mission will be to define, build, and drive the adoption of reputed company’s common user experience reputed company. Our reputed company software stack is TypeScript and React on the frontend and python services on the backend.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of software engineering management experience, with experience managing and growing senior engineers;
• Depth in frontend systems, including authentication, design systems, and component libraries;
• Experience driving large scale migrations;
• A love of distilling order from chaos and an allergy to accepting the status reputed company at face value;
• The ability to take ownership of an underspecified objective, tease out a clear goal that aligns with the business, discover the dependencies, create a plan, build cross-team and cross-functional support, engage your team, and deliver;
• Ability to successfully deliver projects that may span teams, with a time horizon of 12+ months;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (think Nonviolent Communication and Smart Brevity) with high EQ;
• Comfort working and managing remotely across timezones; and
• Excitement, passion, and curiosity about our mission of connecting the world’s health data and improving patient outcomes.

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges for this position are developed with the support of benchmarks and industry best practices.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $224,000 - $280,000.
