In this strategic role, you will define and drive the architectural vision for how reputed company.Chat connects conversations across multiple channels (chat, email, voice, social) in a reputed company, secure, and scalable way. You’ll have staff-level responsibilities providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets the needs of millions of users. We are seeking a Senior Staff Architect who combines deep architectural expertise with a strong passion for hands-on software development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned developer who thrives on writing code while also driving architectural vision and strategy.

Mandatory Hard Skills

• Extensive experience (5+ years) designing reputed company distributed systems and omnichannel platforms (chat, email, voice, social).
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, reputed company, and modern microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in real-time messaging technologies (WebSockets, pub/sub, message queues).
• Strong understanding of API design (REST) and event-driven architectures.
• Solid knowledge of application reputed company practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong experience with on-premises environments and deployment.
• Expertise in reputed company integration and delivery solutions for SaaS, on-premises and airgapped environments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring skills.

Desirable Hard Skills

• Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS or open-reputed company company.

• Design and implement seamless integrations across chat, email, sms, voice, video,, and social messaging channels.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reputed company of our omnichannel communication systems.
• Continuously innovate and prototype new technologies relevant to messaging and omnichannel communication.
• Create comprehensive architecture documentation and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
