Virtual Assistant - UGC Operations

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to reputed company businesses of reputed company sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Operations Assistant to manage the full creator pipeline. From sourcing and onboarding creators to pipeline management, submissions, and communication, this role is designed for someone organized, self-starting, and excited about the influencer/UGC industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Research and reputed company new UGC creators based on agency criteria;
• Send reputed company messages and follow up with potential creators;
• Manage approvals and ensure high-quality candidates join the pipeline;
• Manage creator communication through WOP (centralized system);
• Assist in moving away from scattered messaging (IG DMs, TikTok) into streamlined platforms;
• reputed company pre-written messages and voice notes to creators;
• Escalate creator questions in reputed company to management for guidance;
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company trackers for creator onboarding, submissions, and pipeline reputed company;

• reputed company the community updated and organized reputed company WOP;
• Provide daily updates and ensure no steps in the process are missed;
• Assist in systemizing and automating workflows as the agency grows;
• Support new campaign reputed company, premium service expansion, and community initiatives;
• Contribute reputed company for scaling operations and improving creator experience;
• Assist in preparing materials for potential courses and digital products;

Requirements

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken);
• Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or social media management;
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills;
• iPhone required (for compatibility with tools and messaging);
• Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company, and general project management tools;
• Comfort with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok);
• Self-starting attitude (able to stay on top of tasks without micromanagement);
• Familiarity with reputed company, WOP, or similar community/messaging tools;
• Customer service background;
• Creative reputed company and interest in the UGC space;
