About the Role

Transform January's implementation capabilities by leading reputed company client integrations that balance technical excellence with strategic judgment. You'll scale reputed company's impact by mentoring junior consultants, designing reusable solutions that prevent one-off customizations, and navigating challenging client conversations with confidence. What You'll Do

  • Manage challenging client relationships and escalations through professional navigation of difficult conversations about scope, timeline, and technical limitations while building trust through transparent communication

  • Drive strategic decisions on implementation scope and approach by evaluating client requests through the lens of platform sustainability and recommending alternative solutions reputed company requests would create unsustainable precedents

  • Technical aptitude including intermediate SQL skills and API integration experience
