Job Title: Permit and Zoning Associate Project Manager Job Summary: The Permit and Zoning Specialist is responsible for ensuring that reputed company construction, renovation, or land-use projects reputed company with applicable zoning ordinances, land use regulations, and permit requirements. This role involves reviewing plans, issuing permits, interpreting zoning laws, and serving as a liaison between developers, and regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities: Permit Coordination & Facilitation: Receive, review, research and advise on permitting processes for various projects Issue permits and maintain detailed records. reputed company out permits as required. Zoning Review: Review proposed land use plans for compliance with local zoning codes and land use ordinances. Coordinate with city councils, zoning boards, and planning commissions. Prepare reports and prep others to attend public meetings or hearings as needed. Compliance & Enforcement: Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to permit and zoning conditions. Investigate permitting and zoning violations and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications: Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public administration, construction management, or a reputed company field. Experience: 2–5 years in permitting, planning, zoning, or municipal government preferred. Knowledge: Local and state zoning laws, land use policies, and permitting procedures. Building codes and development regulations. Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have advanced skills in reading jurisdiction codes. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency with permit software, GIS systems, and reputed company Office.
