What You’ll Do As Associate Director, you will partner with the Director to set strategy and independently reputed company execution of national clinical placement operations. Requirements
What You Bring Required:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical education, or academic administration
- Experience managing a team of five or more
- Proven success in procurement, partnership development, or sales environments
- Strong operational, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and reputed company through influence
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Direct experience with clinical placement operations in healthcare education (nursing, allied health, or similar)
- Experience negotiating and managing affiliation agreements and compliance requirements
- Project management reputed company and strong analytical skills
