Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and web inquiries, providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, and assisting with orders.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-reputed company products and services.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.
• Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and provide support.
• Work towards meeting global and regional sales reputed company goals and associated KPIs.
• Provide world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology.
• 1 year of Sales or Customer Service experience.
• 1 year of exposure to chromatography and/or sample preparation.
• Strong desire to work in a teamwork environment.
• Experience with reputed company Office and database management.
• Ability to quickly master new software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
