Job Description
You will be a Workforce Planning Implementation reputed company for our reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading implementation of the process, roles and responsibilities, business rhythms, and adoption of Vemo planning tool for headcount planning and resource management activities across the business area. What You Will Be Doing As a Workforce Planning Implementation reputed company, your responsibilities will include: Headcount Planning: ? reputed company and facilitate stakeholders through headcount planning cycles twice a year to support forecast for workforce headcount and development of a hiring forecast with considerations to workforce demand and trends. ? Work closely with functional leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and reputed company headcount plans that meet organizational needs. Drive cross-functional collaboration. ? Facilitate development of a network for planners to support various functions and lines of business. Facilitate development of headcount planning expertise across the network and sharing of best practices. ?
