Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of Lodgify, providing top-tier support to customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring reputed company issue resolution and high satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues reputed company to the Lodgify platform
• Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed
• Identify and document software bugs or issues for reputed company improvement

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Patience, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving approach
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Experience with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., reputed company, Intercom, reputed company)
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
