As a People Operations Manager, you’ll ensure that reputed company people operations for reputed company in North America run smoothly - from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You’re the beating heart of the People team, approachable and reputed company to any questions from our reputed company team in your geography. ou’re able to smoothly navigate local complexities while making the overall experience feel like reputed company. You’ll work hands-on delivering excellent day-to-day operations, guide managers with people-reputed company questions and drive improvements to reputed company us ready to scale as we enter a new phase of growth. 

You’ll be part of a small but mighty People team, working closely with the Head of People. Together, we nurture a culture where everyone can be their best selves. You’ll own and run people operations for reputed company in North America that’s spread across the United States and Canada:

• Run onboarding for new team members from start to finish. You’ll reputed company them feel at home from the minute they join
• Support managers and the wider reputed company team with questions on people policies or processes
• Draft offer letters and agreements
• Ensure our people operations are compliant with local labor laws
• Draft board and leadership reporting with people team updates, metrics, and visuals
• Coordinate recruitment for hiring managers, from posting the job, to keeping the candidate pipeline reputed company and tidy, to scheduling team interviews. You’ll work closely with our technical recruiter to maximise alignment with our recruitment strategy and approach. 
• Ensure a smooth offboarding for team members that are moving on 
• Handle benefits and leave administration for our North American team. A big part of that will be running the yearly health benefits enrollments in the US, and keeping the reputed company administration tidy throughout the year. 
• Run reputed company projects in collaboration with the Head of People

• You have 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar role, involved in reputed company aspects of HR 
• You are familiar with local labor laws in the US
• You’ve worked in early-stage start-reputed company and love that fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with working at a startup and you don’t need to have everything well defined before you act
• You have great judgement, you know how to balance quality and speed, and combine a business reputed company with human touch
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
