• Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably working with healthcare-reputed company software, particularly in rehab therapy or similar domains.

• Manual Testing: Solid experience with manual testing techniques such as functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing.

• Test Documentation: Strong documentation skills for writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify issues and inconsistencies in software and provide actionable feedback.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience is a plus

• Automation: Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and database testing (including proficiency with SQL).
