Remote QuickBooks Bookkeeper Opportunity (100% reputed company US)

Join reputed company as a QuickBooks Bookkeeper and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company bookkeeper to join our QuickBooks LIVE expansion project. As a remote QuickBooks Bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable internet reputed company, and contribute to the success of reputed company.

This is a 4-month contract position, with a projected start date of December 16, 2024. You will be hired based on your resume and successful completion of a Glider Assessment. If you have advanced bookkeeping skills, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced bookkeeping skills
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience
• QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required
• CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, flexibility, and determination

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 5 mbps upload, 3 mbps download, and 150 ms latency
• Hardwired internet reputed company (no WiFi)
• Ability to connect to systems reputed company a broadband internet service reputed company cable, fiber, or DSL
• No use of MiFi/Jetpack devices, cellular hotspots, smartphones, satellites, microwaves, proxy services, or non-VPNs to connect to systems

Work Environment:

• 100% remote work in the reputed company US
• Must be available to work in a call center queue
• Must be on camera for this role
• Performance will be heavily monitored, and you must meet or exceed performance standards on a weekly ongoing basis
