Job Summary:

The Quality Director, Personal Care will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our quality management system, policies, and procedures to meet customer requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a remote opportunity with 75% travel required throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive quality management system for Personal Care products
• Build and reputed company a high-performing quality organization through coaching, development, and training
• Manage product quality inspection actions, resolve quality standard applications, and correct inconsistencies
• reputed company team efforts in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product quality results data and trends
• Provide training and development in problem-solving methods, Design of Experiments (DoE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Control Plans
• Track and monitor quality complaints/incidents, ensuring rapid root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Support LEAN/HACCP concepts and other company standard practices and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or reputed company science
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal care and/or food manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing quality management systems
• Strong knowledge of personal care GMP regulations, including ISO 22716 and OTC requirements
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships to drive results and reputed company improvements
• Lab equipment knowledge and use: HPLC, GC, and FTIR
