About the Role: As a Customer Advisor (Inbound), you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing expert advice on our products and services. Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Fluent German language skills (written and verbal)
