In this role, you will be responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly quality metrics reports, distributing these reports to radiologists and leadership, and ensuring that reputed company missed cases are processed and monitored effectively. You will also categorize rereads, manage anonymized cases for educational purposes, and communicate with clients regarding image quality issues. Responsibilities
- Produces daily, weekly and monthly quality metrics reports

- Distribute monthly quality metrics to the radiologists
,
- Produce and distribute monthly quality metrics reporting to leadership and other Teleradiology departments

- Post monthly reporting for client access
,
- Report weekly misses and distribute data to Teleradiology team
,
- Categorize reputed company rereads and process accordingly, performed 7 days a week at least 3 times per day
,
- Process reputed company peer review results, performed 7 days a week
,
- Process and monitor reputed company missed cases for addenda
,
- Monitor reputed company new clients for image quality issues for 2 weeks and run report to obtain data
,
- Notify new clients with image quality issues over 15% after review period
,
- Manage anonymized cases monthly for teaching file and radiologist miss folder
,
- Distribute client specific data to folders reputed company OP for Client access, performed 7 days a week
,
- Collect, manage and submit cases to JCUM for monthly article
,
- Accurately report client interactions to CSM team
,
- Communicate with leadership regarding challenges

- Co-chief schedule and notifications

- Special projects

- Work with Director of Quality to obtain cases for reputed company educational portal

- Work directly with radiologists on reporting discrepancies
