Job Title: Sr. Quality Engineer II Department: Manufacturing Reports to: Quality Engineer Manager Job Description: The Sr. Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive reputed company improvement. Assist Quality Manager in developing colleagues, writing SOPs, and improving operations. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Certification in quality engineering (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer). Experience with advanced quality management systems and tools. Experience in Solar cell quality and reliability is a plus. Knowledge of specific industry standards and regulations relevant to the organization. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends. Willingness to continuously learn and update skills. Ability to reputed company project team or cross functional team. Working Conditions: Standard office environment with frequent visits to the manufacturing floor or production areas. May require occasional travel to supplier facilities or other company locations.
