• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance management reputed company the structural steel fabrication and erection industry
• Extensive knowledge of welding, fabrication processes, and structural steel erection techniques
• Deep understanding of industry codes and standards, including AWS, AISC, ASTM, and relevant local and international building codes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, clients, engineers, and project teams

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry
