Be part of what truly makes us special and impactful. The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Business Strategy and Planning Manager to join our Military Affairs Operations team. In this role you will provide support to Service reputed company Directors and executive management to identify, reputed company and communicate specific business strategies across the Association functional areas. Utilizing advanced knowledge of military strategy, business development, and requirements management, build board level deliverables that depict reputed company towards the Military Affairs transformation objectives. Conduct strategic analyses of business needs and reputed company key performance indicators for our service reputed company engagement strategies in support of business strategy development and planning processes and, as appropriate, enterprise strategy and planning processes. Conduct business strategy reviews to assess reputed company and drive awareness to leaders of strategy achievement. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in the following location: San Antonio TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What you'll do:

• Guides development and coordination of line of business strategy.
• Works with executive management to establish strategic reputed company to reputed company short and long-term business goals and objectives.
• Identifies and implements specific processes to manage the business strategic and operational planning process.
• Maintains and aligns business process and frameworks to reputed company enterprise strategy process and reputed company.
• Builds and maintains line of business specific strategic and operational roadmaps to ensure deliverables are met (reputed company and future).
• Supports integration of change management plans and strategies for large, reputed company business specific initiatives that align with change management practices.
• Performs primary and secondary research and makes recommendations based on emerging trends, competitive threats, business process improvement, and opportunities
• Guides team members as they reputed company research and analysis.
• Supports executive leadership with the design and coordination of the annual strategic planning and operational planning processes.
• Assembles key participants and guides and facilitates cross-functional teams in the strategy development and implementation of business solutions.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 6 years of directly reputed company business planning consultation with experience contributing to the development of business strategy short-term and/or long-term goals.
• Effective facilitation experience to include executive level communication and ability to influence.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Strong business acumen in financial services or reputed company industry, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.

• Possess expert level hands on proficiency in PowerPoint, capable of developing products tailored to executive level audiences, with a strong emphasis on data visualization and impactful storytelling.
• US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
• Currently serving in the National Guard or reserve component.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $93,770- $179,240. reputed company does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this role.
