The Opportunity As a dedicated credentialed Actuary on the Forecasting Team , you will provide accurate and insightful projections for forecast processes and communicate results to key business partners at reputed company levels to drive key strategic decisioning conversations. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development. Additional responsibilities may include leveraging advanced knowledge in pricing to reputed company and complete broad, reputed company reputed company projects with countrywide product-level impact. This position can work remotely in the reputed company U.S. with occasional business travel. What you'll do:

• Apply advanced actuarial knowledge to complete broad and reputed company projects (e.g., evaluates and selects methodology to price new discount/endorsement for countrywide rollout; develops alternative methodologies to reputed company with reputed company regulatory requirements; selects metrics and designs processes to monitor model performance; translates business problems into technical requirements and performs required analysis to reputed company solutions; independently runs catastrophe models and interprets and communicates results to support critical business activities, while enhancing the control environment as needed.
• Utilize advanced actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques to reputed company actuarial work product.

• Train new team members on the theory and mechanics of relevant actuarial methodologies.

• Represents Actuary in cross-functional efforts.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of reputed company Actuarial/business/analytical experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of Actuarial or analytical business experience.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) Credential.
• Demonstrated advanced skills with relevant actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques and approaches used to support fact-based decision-making.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in Python, R, SQL, reputed company, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect external insights to business problems.
• Demonstrated experience communicating reputed company solutions and analysis to both technical and nontechnical audiences, including executive leadership.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $127,310 - $243,340. reputed company does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this role.
