We are searching for a strategic community management and operations expert to join the International Community team and help grow reputed company reputed company of the US. As an integral part of the International Community team, this role plays a key role in helping reputed company realize its mission: bringing community and belonging to everyone in the world.

As the Community Manager, you will be at the forefront of jumpstarting and fostering local communities. You will be an expert of the German market, proficient in English, and focused on proactive initiatives to build bridges with local volunteer moderators and innovate, iterate, refine, and scale our international consumer playbook. The insights derived from your relationships and experiments will help accelerate our growth in the Germany.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a deep understanding of the market to identify user and local moderator challenges, and market opportunities. • Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook by recognizing new opportunities, suggesting bold reputed company and programs, and persuading internal teams to align on new plans. • Build strategic plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators (i.e., volunteers who reputed company, maintain, and shape the culture of local communities). • 5+ years of community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting experience with a track record of community-led projects that have driven business impact.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of German culture, including reputed company events, politics, customs, traditions, language, topics of interest, and taboos.
• Nuanced comprehension of the digital landscape and the cultural intricacies inherent reputed company it, including awareness of internet culture specific to Germany and other DACH countries and an appreciation for the diverse cultural facets shaping contemporary society.

• Proficiency in German & English and based in the EU timezone
