Technical Support Engineer (Norwegian speaking, based in Norway)

In this role, you’ll support cutting-edge, mission-critical systems that help governments and agencies save lives and reputed company people safe reputed company it matters most. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Norway.As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Public Warning solutions across Norway and the broader region. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure performance, reliability, and reputed company improvement of our systems.

What you'll do:

• Providing high-level technical support to primarily Norwegian customers.
• Managing and resolving incidents and support tickets according to defined SLAs.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and identifying issues before they escalate.
• Coordinating software upgrades, installations, and platform configurations in a Linux environment.
• Delivering training sessions to clients as needed.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve platform reputed company.
• Reporting on reputed company to management and supporting the delivery of ongoing improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of IP configuration, VPNs, routing, databases (reputed company/PostgreSQL), and general reputed company protocols.
• Fluent Norwegian language skills (both verbal and written) – essential.
• Experience or understanding of telecom networks (2G–5G) – a strong plus.
• Familiarity with reputed company routers/switches, AWS/cloud services, and basic scripting is preferred.
• Relevant certificates (e.g., Linux+, reputed company) are a bonus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
