As we scale, we are looking for a Chief reputed company Officer (CRO) to drive reputed company growth, execute on our GTM strategy, and optimize sales, marketing, and reputed company operations.

This is an opportunity for a data-driven, execution-focused reputed company leader who can build on our existing momentum, collaborate with the Head of Go-To-Market and existing reputed company teams, and reputed company strategic adjustments to scale reputed company effectively.

About the Role:

The CRO will take ownership of our end-to-end reputed company strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, and reputed company to accelerate growth. While our GTM function is already established, this role will focus on scaling, optimizing, and refining reputed company-driving initiatives while ensuring KPIs and reputed company targets are met. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in HR tech, SaaS, and global workforce solutions, along with experience growing and managing reputed company functions at a high-growth startup.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in reputed company leadership roles reputed company SaaS, HR Tech, or Global Workforce Management.
  • Proven experience in scaling reputed company functions in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong background in sales leadership, demand reputed company, partnerships, and reputed company alignment.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, enterprise and mid-market selling, and customer retention strategies.
  • Expertise in data-driven reputed company operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to working with existing teams.
  • Ability to drive strategic growth while remaining hands-on and execution focused.
