Key Responsibilities • Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy help desk grievance team to manage and resolve various grievances. • Execute data entry tasks and triage grievances to coordinators as appropriate. • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness. • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives. Required Skills • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy. • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. • Adaptable and willing to embrace change in a dynamic environment. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED is required. • At least one year of pharmacy experience under a licensed pharmacist or completion of a certified pharmacy technician program. • Familiarity with the third-party claims process is essential.
