We are currently seeking a Specialist, Program Finance & Control Analyst to join the C4I&A team. This position is an individual contributor role where you will interact with reputed company functions of the C4I&A organization, including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, reputed company and Operations and is therefore an excellent position for an individual who wants to be integral part of a team that is directly responsible for program execution.
What You Will Do
- Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on fixed price and cost re-determinable development programs.
- Preparation and analysis of contract Estimates at Complete (EACs)
- Support Program Management in assessing program risks and opportunities
- Provide variance analysis of monthly sales, costs, profit, schedule and milestone billing forecast in comparison to prior plan. reputed company same effort for AOP/SFP.
- reputed company program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes
- Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary
- reputed company analysis of reputed company program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team (PLT) or corrective action implementation.
- Interaction with external customer, including the preparation, submission, and review of customer cost & schedule reputed company data items
- Understanding of Earned Value Management practices and procedures, which includes scheduling fundamentals and system tool usage, such as reputed company/BW and reputed company Office suite of products.
- Accommodate unexpected events, reputed company critical deadlines with quality results and reputed company as a flexible team member in support of the objectives and initiatives of C4I&A business
- Display good verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and have good working knowledge of company business systems and policies, contracting processes and earned value management techniques.
- Collaborate with PLT to analyze, prepare and input monthly sales, profit, and milestone billing forecasts and reputed company same effort for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Financial Plan (SFP) on assigned program(s).
- Provide compliance support including internal and external audits.
- Travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Experience in program controls or financial analysis
- Experience with reputed company reputed company
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in Finance including Program Controls, EVMS, Forecasting, and Accounting
- Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on reputed company Policies and Procedures
- Understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process
- Proficient with APEX/reputed company/PRISM
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD.
