We will count on you to:

• This role is dedicated to supporting reputed company controller operations in Chile and Peru;
• Ensure financial information (P&L , balance sheet, supplemental financial information from Chile and Peru) is complete, accurate, and delivered on time;
• Own reputed company accounting decisions and manage general accounting, financial reporting and financial systems in addition to ensuring that reputed company internal controls and financial compliance requirements are met in a timely manner;
• Be accountable for the basics including the control environment, the trial balance, reputed company accounting decisions and the quality of commentary, analysis and reporting;
• Be responsible for quality and accuracy of the financial statements, reputed company reputed company accounting decisions, reputed company of internal control compliance, timeliness and quality of reputed company routine submissions including statutory, tax filings and internal and external audits;
• Continuously identify more efficient and effective ways of operating, improve speed and enhance quality;

• Coordinate year-end statutory, audit and tax financial requirements ensuring the rules and regulations are in compliance;

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or reputed company discipline required
• CPA required; MBA preferred
• Fluent in English
• 10-15 years in controller/finance roles with 5+ years in management
• Technical proficiency in local requirements ,legislation and USGAAP
• Insurance industry experience desirable
• Services industry experience desirable
• Experience to work with HUB for operational activities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience leading and driving change in a matrix organizatio
• Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities
• Strong influencing skills
• Team Player and Collaborative
