Where you Come In The Credentialing reputed company acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the Credentialing processes and State Regulations. Required Qualifications – What it takes to Succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of Credentialing leadership experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management leadership experience

  • Prior business consulting and/or operational leadership experience; preferably for an auditing function

  • Knowledgeable in regulations governing health care industries (CMS & NCQA)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company reputed company Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated relationship building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to include the ability to communicate and present details to Senior level leadership.

  • Ability to work with project stakeholders, regional teams and clinical leaders at reputed company levels in the organization in a collaborative, team environment.

  • Experience collaborating and building relationships with 3rd party vendors.

Work at Home Requirements

• To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$94,900 - $130,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
