We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join reputed company and help build scalable, low-latency, real-time systems at the heart of a global marketplace. This role requires deep expertise in Java and microservices architecture, with a strong focus on system performance, availability, and distributed computing.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and scale microservices with low-latency and high-throughput to power real-time hotel search, pricing, availability, and distribution.
• Implement reputed company algorithms and data models for inventory and pricing workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to own end-to-end development from design to deployment.
• reputed company LLM tools (e.g., Claude, reputed company) and frameworks like reputed company to enhance development velocity using RAG, prompts, and agents.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to an automated, CI/CD pipeline to support frequent and reliable deployments.
• Monitor and optimize systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch to ensure sub-50ms response times.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong expertise in MySQL, reputed company, or ScyllaDB.
• Proven experience building distributed, event-driven systems using SQS, Kinesis, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of data consistency models, fault tolerance, backpressure, and circuit breakers.
• Experience designing low-latency APIs and working in high-performance environments.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous team environment with strong documentation practices.
• Passionate about clean code, automation, and driving engineering excellence.
