Senior Product Manager for Web

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to reputed company multiple projects in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role requires a highly strategic thinker with experience managing external teams and overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role is responsible for aligning the product team with business directives, improving Agile methodologies, and ensuring prioritization is optimized for both product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Manage and reputed company multiple reputed company projects, collaborating with external development teams.
• reputed company and mentor a team of Product Owners (POs), fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and strategic thinking.
• Optimize and refine Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve product offerings.
• Prioritize product initiatives effectively, balancing business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define clear roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Analyze product performance and market trends to reputed company data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI-driven or tech-focused companies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with external development teams.
• Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding Product Owners.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), with a focus on reputed company improvement.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged in product development.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on delivery.
