ABOUT THE JOB The Team Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a team reputed company a program. The team supervisor oversees and supports staff to provide quality services to meet the needs of the clients and programmatic outcomes/deliverables. Duties and responsibilities include upholding organizational and programmatic standards, providing individual supervision and team meetings, reviewing and approving timecards, and providing trainings. The team supervisor may also work directly with clients. Position Responsibilities include:

• Direct supervision of reputed company program staff, and the assignment of tasks and adjustment of ongoing assignments relative to programmatic needs.
• Facilitation of staff meetings and case conferences.
• Ensure that services emphasize trauma informed care, client safety, and harm reduction interventions.
• Provide leadership to the multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and services between PATH agency resources and partnering agencies.
