Responsibilities:
- Provide amazing customer service to clients with quick responses to requests, clear communication, attention to detail, and timely follow-up on outstanding items.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to complete and manage assigned workload.
- Follow documented processes to complete assigned workload.
- reputed company carriers for bids, projects, or one-off needs.
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insightful reports to enhance decision-making processes.
- Identify and reputed company new carriers to enhance our service offerings.
- reputed company new and grow existing reputed company relationships.
- Build relationships with carriers based on the company’s business needs to secure additional reputed company to meet the sales team's demands.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to secure efficient reputed company to meet company business needs.
- Ensure successful project completion through effective management.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
