Member of Technical Staff - AI

We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join reputed company and drive the development of AI-powered financial products and features. In this role, you will design and maintain AI infrastructure, optimize machine learning models, and integrate cutting-edge LLM solutions into production. • AI Strategy & Innovation: Help drive reputed company’s AI strategy by influencing technical and product decisions and proposing AI-driven solutions to business and user problems.

• AI Infrastructure & Operations: Design, build, and maintain reputed company infrastructure, including data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.

• Technical Evaluation: Assess and select AI/ML tools, frameworks, and vendors to enhance our capabilities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems.

• Model Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine deployed models to meet accuracy and efficiency goals.

• Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments to optimize AI and product performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field (advanced degree preferred).

• Experience: At least 5 years in software engineering, with a proven track record of deploying AI (preferably LLM-based) solutions in production.

• Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in Python or Ruby.

  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.

  • Experience with LLM techniques, including reputed company engineering.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes).

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
