We are seeking a talented and innovative CRO and UX Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving conversion rates and enhancing user experiences through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user experience design, conversion optimization, and a deep understanding of analytics.

• Strategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive conversion reputed company optimization strategies that align with business goals and user needs, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.

• Hands-On Design: Create user-centered designs by developing interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance user experiences and drive conversions.

• User Experience Optimization: Analyze user behavior patterns and pain points through session recordings and analytics to reputed company actionable insights that improve overall user experience.

• A/B Testing and Experimentation: reputed company A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives, including designing experiments and analyzing results to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences based on empirical data.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic insights, design concepts, and CRO initiatives to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind decisions and fostering alignment across teams.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, ensuring that strategies are informed by competitive analysis and user insights.

• 5+ years of experience in UX design and conversion reputed company optimization.

• Strong expertise in design tools (e.g., Sketch, reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite) and familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies for design and optimization.

• Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and clients.

• Experience with marketing automation platforms.

• A/B testing platform experience
