Role Overview

Growth reputed company (GAP) is a consulting and technology services firm specializing in custom software development, data engineering, and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for U.S.-based mid-market and enterprise clients. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with a strong track record of acquiring new clients ("hunting new logos"), particularly in the mid-market and enterprise space. This individual excels at independently building a pipeline through their own C-level industry network and thrives without heavy reliance on marketing support. The ideal candidate will drive GAP's expansion by targeting mid-market and enterprise clients in healthcare, financial services, and other technology-driven sectors, with a focus on advanced AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Sales Focus:

  • Custom software development and engineering teams (retained and project-based)
  • Data engineering and AI solution implementations
  • Legacy application modernization and migration services
  • Strategic technology consulting engagements
  • Managed services and licensed technology solutions

Core Activities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and reputed company newmid-market and enterprise clients for GAP's comprehensive technology solutions
  • reputed company and execute a targeted outbound sales strategy, leveraging personal industry connections and networks to generate qualified leads
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, prioritizing high-value accounts with reputed company technology needs, especially those seeking AI-driven transformation

Experience & Track Record:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in consulting, custom software development, data engineering, or AI solutions (excluding SaaS and data modernization services)
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding quota by independently sourcing, developing, and closing new logo deals
  • 3+ years tenure per previous role demonstrating stability and commitment
  • Previous experience with similar-sized consulting/technology services firms
  • Proven track record through multiple business cycles (minimum 3+ full cycles)
  • Deep, active network of C-level and VP-level technology and business buyers in reputed company industries
  • Experience selling reputed company, consultative solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales processes and the ability to reputed company the value of AI and data engineering in business transformation

Solutions Expertise:

  • Understanding of custom software development lifecycle and team augmentation
