• MA/MS in experimental psychology, HCI, design, anthropology, or reputed company discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) with demonstrated impact.
• Experience with a variety of research methods (e.g., survey design, personas, remote testing, lab studies, diary studies, concept testing, benchmarking, and other methods).
• Experience with synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into compelling opportunities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in reputed company to one and generative research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy concerns and trust-building research methods, including the handling of protected health information (PHI).
