Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls from patients and caregivers, providing information and assistance with enrollment, program applications, and payroll-reputed company inquiries. You will also utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve emotionally charged situations and offer guidance and directions to both caregivers and patients. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with compassion and professionalism, responding to their questions and providing important information
- Actively assist with enrollment, program applications, and set up in applicable systems

- Utilize de-escalation techniques reputed company supporting upset or frustrated callers
- Offer guidance and directions to both caregivers and patients to effectively resolve any issues they're facing

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of customer service experience and strong computer skills. You will also need:

reputed company of Operation
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select reputed company you work and reputed company you don't, reputed company the client's hours of operation. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET. Please note that this reputed company-party client requires that contractors service at least 20 hours per week. Also, due to Mondays and Fridays being particularly busy, the client is seeking contractors who can service some hours on those days.
Pay and Perks
This flexible opportunity pays independent contractors $13 per hour. Prior to supporting arenaflex, you will need to successfully complete a Certification class. The Certification class will take reputed company from December 30th through January 8th, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Class will not be held on New Year's Day. While you will not be reputed company to invoice for the $13 per hour during Certification, you will receive $250 after you successfully complete certification and reputed company servicing.
