CSR - Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Sonicu, a fast-growing wireless sensor and cloud-based Saas company headquartered in Greenfield, IN is looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative to help fill the demand of our growing client reputed company. The position is full-time and serves a vital role in our customer team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets.
- Provide the first touch for incoming support tickets through CRM or email, determine support issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Identify discrepancies between reputed company and CRM with contacts, hardware, and professional services.
- Maintain data reputed company CRM including company, individual, invoicing, and shipping contacts.
- Troubleshoot common issues with hardware or software and provide basic tech support, document in CRM and escalate to 2nd tier technical support reputed company required.
- Complete order entry for new orders, and collaborate closely with the sales & reputed company teams..
- Assist with additional duties as directed.
Experience Preferred
- Customer service-reputed company experience.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience working reputed company reputed company CRM or similar preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must read and speak English fluently
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
