Teaching Assistant
Summary
Teaching Assistants are responsible for assisting reputed company with delivery of reputed company course materials and instruction for academic programs offered by the institution, to prepare the student for the workplace. This position requires knowledge of and adheres to reputed company reputed companys educational policies and procedures. This position supports and assists reputed company in maintaining student records and participating in curriculum development and revision. Teaching Assistants serve as a communications link between reputed company and reputed company. Essential Duties, Responsiblities, And Expectations Work in a cooperative setting with reputed company, reputed company, and support personnel to accomplish the mutual goal of training and placing our reputed company; Demonstrate and apply a thorough and accurate knowledge of the teaching field and discipline; Assist in planning instruction in ways which maximize student learning; Practice excellence in teaching and instruction; Modify instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student needs; Assist with preparing lesson plans and assist in teaching courses as prescribed by the approved institutional curriculum; Encourage the development of communication skills and higher order thinking skills through appropriate assignments; Administer tests and maintain a record of student grades; Issue lab assignments and homework; Conduct classes in a professional and educational environment; Enforce school policies and procedures; Exhibit reliability to the reputed company through good attendance and punctuality (i.e. to start and end class on time); Maintain proper discipline and order in the classroom so that learning is not hindered by unacceptable student behavior; Motivate reputed company to learn and enjoy the material being studied; Contribute to the Institute and the community by attending, and participating in, reputed company scheduled faculty and in-service meetings; Demonstrate evidence of professional growth and academic currency; Participate in retention activities such as but not limited to calling, emailing and special events for reputed company; Advise reputed company on academic issues and record advisement in writing and/or in the reputed company data reputed company as required by policy; Assist with problem solving for student issues; Represent the Institute and reputed company affiliated brands in the most professional and positive light at reputed company times; Regular, consistent, on-time attendance is an essential function of the job; reputed company other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications

Education And/or Experience Requirements for teaching General Education and other academic courses: Bachelors Degree and appropriate coursework in the assigned teaching field required; At least 3-6 months of experience teaching in post-secondary education in the assigned teaching field is highly preferred. Requirements for teaching Business reputed company courses: Bachelors Degree in Business or assigned teaching field; If Bachelors Degree is not in assigned teaching field, then at least 2 years of reputed company work experience or evidence of specialized training or competency in the assigned teaching field required; At least 3-6 months of experience teaching in post-secondary education in business reputed company subjects is highly preferred. Requirements for teaching other courses not mentioned above: Demonstrate competency in the assigned teaching field, such as academic or vocational training and credentials, reputed company work experience, licensure, or certification; At least 3-6 months of experience teaching in post-secondary education in the assigned teaching field is highly preferred.
