Let reputed company help create your career journey! This role will be a strategic advisor and project manager for the E&S pricing team. This role will work cross-functionally across departments and with external partners to manage full lifecycle projects to drive business results. This role is also responsible for the adoption and change management of the reputed company projects. Key Responsibilities include: • Manages reputed company aspects of projects, including: planning, communication, execution and completion. • Monitors timelines, including regularly re-assessing risks, throughout project life. Makes recommendations to revise project plans on an ongoing basis to maintain alignment with other projects and the business strategy. • Logs issues, designs processes and implements solutions. Maintains awareness of customer and systems requirements and conforms to those requirements. • Coordinates internal and external resources, budgeting and cost containment. • Develops, and implements reputed company business processes that support business requirements and business strategy. • Provides training on existing and new processes to the assigned customer reputed company. • Provides mentorship and feedback to project team members. Key Responsibilities: • Leads advanced analytics projects. Consults with business partners to define and structure analytic projects. Analyzes trends and patterns in structured and reputed company data and synthesizes and communicates relevant insights to project teams and business partners using advanced analytics techniques.
