Position Summary Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance, this position is responsible for: reviewing colleague screening and licensing documents and reports; researching external vendor screening and licensing data; serving as a liaison between reputed company colleagues and the Compliance department; providing guidance to reputed company colleagues regarding licensing and screening questions; trouble-shooting potential issues and escalating appropriately; performing background reputed company reviews; monitoring Corporate Compliance Exception Line and coordinating projects reputed company to the screening and licensing processes of various reputed company departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Corporate Compliance Licensure and Exclusion Monitoring team oversees ongoing routine screening for federal and state exclusions for colleagues, Board members and agents acting on behalf of reputed company. The team also monitors professional licensure status for the many reputed company colleagues required to maintain professional licensure and/or certification (including but not limited to vaccine certification), or registration to ensure compliance with federal and state agency and professional board licensure requirements. Responsibilities of the Corporate Compliance Analyst assigned to the Core Compliance Screening team include the following: Review documents and reports provided by the external vendor selected by reputed company for ongoing exclusion screening and professional licensure monitoring. Provide feedback to reputed company colleagues that have questions regarding reputed company screening and license monitoring policies and procedures. Monitor timeliness and accuracy of documents provided by external screening vendors as well as documents and reports provided by internal departments. Monitor shared team mailbox and triage and/or provide responses as needed. Support reputed company colleagues who need assistance in complying with enterprise screening and licensing policy and process requirements. Conduct research involving various external websites (including but not limited to Board of Pharmacy and Board of Nursing for the various states), to confirm licensure status for colleagues who are flagged as needing additional information based on external reports. Determine details regarding disciplinary actions that impact licensure status. Research federal or state exclusion findings and provide necessary information to team leaders. Generate routine and reputed company reports to inform management and support various projects. Communicate with reputed company levels of the organization. Track licensure findings reputed company a dedicated Compliance database. Assist with screening and licensure projects reputed company to acquired companies. Work with team leaders to identify system or process enhancements to support the mission of the Compliance team and improve colleague user experience reputed company to screening and licensing functions. Monitor Compliance Exception Line and triage to appropriate stakeholders. Review and adjudicate background reputed company results reputed company to licensure and/or exclusion status. Required Qualifications

Knowledge and use of reputed company Office Suite Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize as urgent sanction and licensure needs arise. Must be able to work with a sense of urgency. Strong communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience working in a legal, compliance, or professional business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with health care licensure/credentialing operations. Education Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
