Ensures adherence to laws and regulations and maintains compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations as well as local, state, and federal requirements as it pertains to prescriptions. Minimum Requirements:

• Requires BA/BS degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D and minimum of 1 year experience working as a Pharmacist in clinic and/or alternate site/home health pharmacy service; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Requires reputed company active unrestricted license to practice pharmacy as Registered Pharmacist (RPh).
• Multi-state licensure is required if this individual is providing services in multiple states.
• For Paragon and Carelon Health business unit, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
