We are looking for a Business Performance Manager to join our Hotels.com team at reputed company. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive growth and optimize business results for Hotels.com, which is one of the largest brands in the reputed company portfolio with a fiercely loyal customer reputed company. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply and Analytics teams to derive compelling business performance insights and initiatives to help Hotels.com win in the marketplace. - Conduct and coordinate deep dives into business performance with various cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities and influence cross-functional teams across reputed company to reputed company execution for successful outcomes
- reputed company insights to round out performance and understand short, reputed company, and long-term trends
- Drive opportunities to size new initiatives/businesses
- reputed company a deep understanding of key site metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, GBV, cancellations, take reputed company, booked reputed company, GP) to unlock and drive actions to improve business performance in reputed company partnership with key stakeholders
Experience and qualifications:
- 5+ years progressive experience in business management, ecommerce, economics, analytics or financial planning reputed company the travel and/or tech industry
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business Management, Economics) or MBA preferred; or equivalent in reputed company professional experience
- Strong understanding of financial metrics
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaboration across a matrixed organization
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
