The Teen Director's responsibilities include the management of staff, program development, program deliverables, budget, reputed company, recruitment, and key community partnerships such as local schools. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. A college degree in the Education or Social Work is preferred. Minimum of three (3) year of experience working with teens/youth and planning activities. Teen Staff must be 21 years of age or older.
