Job Responsibilities
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to customers' benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
- Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
- Actively listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
- Fully and accurately documenting reputed company conversations and actions taken on each interaction.
- Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquires.
Essential Functions of the Role
The essential functions of this role include:
- Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week
- Adapting to change and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and their employees
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
