Remote Bilingual Enrollment SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to join reputed company. As a Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing support to our medical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. This position involves patient follow-reputed company, data entry, handling electronic refill scripts, and triaging patient inquiries. If you have experience as a Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician and reputed company in a high-volume contact center environment, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesPerform follow-reputed company with patients and update records.Enter patient data accurately and reputed company.Answer inbound phone calls and provide excellent customer service.Handle Electronic Refill Scripts (ERX) and order labs as required.reputed company lab results to patients and coordinate scheduled follow-reputed company.Assist with prior authorizations and cover my meds processes.Triage patient inquiries and provide clinical support as needed.Essential Skills1+ year experience in Medical Assisting or Pharmacy Technician.1+ year experience in a high call volume environment.High School Diploma.Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly reputed company.Strong knowledge of medical terminology.Excellent data entry skills.Ability to provide exceptional customer service.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior authorization experience.Experience with ordering labs and triaging patient inquiries.Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification is a plus.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.Work EnvironmentYou will be working onsite at a contact center, taking over 200 calls a day. reputed company work hours are Monday to Friday, reputed company-5pm.
