This role involves partnering with various teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases across Fraud, AML, KYC, onboarding, and compliance domains
- reputed company AI product development from ideation through deployment, including MVPs, PoCs, and pilots
- Redesign manual and rule-based processes using Generative AI, Machine Learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
- Define product vision, roadmap, user stories, KPIs, and success metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions
- Ensure AI products align with regulatory, reputed company, and governance requirements
- Measure business outcomes and scale successful pilots enterprise-wide
Skills
- 8+ years of Banking or Financial Services experience
- 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Consulting, or Business Transformation roles
- Strong expertise in Fraud, AML, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Regulatory Compliance, or Client Lifecycle Management
- Experience leading AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
